Down-to-earth and highly approachable, Jess Abbott is the Founder and Director of R & S Property Co, bringing more than 14 years of experience in property management across the Hunter Valley and Newcastle regions. Growing up locally has given Jess a strong understanding of the area and the unique needs of the communities she proudly serves.

Throughout her career, Jess has held senior roles within large real estate agencies, where she led and supported high-performing property management teams. Her leadership experience strengthened her ability to manage complex portfolios, mentor team members, and consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for both landlords and tenants.

Jess's commitment to excellence has been recognised within the industry. In 2020, she was named a Top 10 Finalist for the REB Property Manager of the Year Award, and in 2023, she led her former property management team to achieve Property Management Team of the Year within their franchise group—a testament to her professionalism, leadership, and dedication to exceptional client service.

Holding a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Class 1 Real Estate Licence, Jess is passionate about continuous learning and maintaining the highest standards across compliance, communication, and service delivery. She believes effective property management is built on honesty, transparency, and genuine care.

After more than 14 years in property management, Jess founded R & S Property Co with a simple vision—to provide property owners with a personalised, proactive, and transparent property management experience, where every property is treated as if it were her own.

When she's not working, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, making memories with family and friends, and staying connected to the community she proudly serves.
